Job Description

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Own the development of digital marketing campaigns for specific services(e.g.Money, Health, Rewards, Partnerships etc.)including insight definition, program strategy, creative briefing, and performance/reporting insights
  • Digital Marketing Program Development: Partner with across-functional team of audience, data, insights, socialand creative specialists in the collaborative development of individual programs and campaigns
  • Thought Leadership and Competitive Intelligence: Support ongoing competitive intelligence activity to drive program opportunity identification
  • Creative Briefing: Develop insightful creative briefs to provide focus and direction to developing creative program assets (email channel)
  • Reporting Insights: Partner with Data Science/analytics to elevate observations into actionable recommendations built on insight
  • Client Business Immersion: Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ category and unique business dynamics within the category
  • Consumer Behavior: Develop a deep understanding of both observable consumer behavior within the 1stparty audience database and consumer behavior of unknown audience targets

Qualifications

  • Express complex ideas in conversation, presentation and prose
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative input from multiple sources to generate insights
  • Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
  • Excel at detail-oriented, hands-on tasks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Write insightful creative briefs and steward the creative process
  • Originate and edit presentations to create excitement and sell ideas
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and dynamic environment

Desired Experience

  • 1-2 years developing marketing strategies at an agency, consultancy or within a marketing department
  • Specific expertise in developing digital marketing programs
  • Experience or familiarity with the Telco and consumer electronics industries
  • Initiated, managed and led the formation of deliverables such as: Personas, customer journeys, communication architectures, interactive/connection/touch-point plans, campaign plans, program strategies, etc.
  • Insight development from primary and secondary research, plus online communities, ethnography, traditional and web-based focus groups, social media monitoring, digital audits and digital behavioral data, and online/offline media measurement tools
