Job Description

The client is Samsung UK and you will be working in the One Publicis Team Samsung (OPTS) Biddable team, specifically focusing on Paid Social. Samsung UK works across all major media owners and there is also a good mix of awareness and performance campaigns.

 

The Role

This is a graduate, entry level position. Once your training is complete, you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of various campaigns, with a focus on activation, reporting and optimization across social platforms.

 

The successful candidate will be interested in social media and advertising and be keen to develop their knowledge to eventually provide insights and recommendations based on the campaigns they are running.

 

With time in your role, and world-class training, you will be able to handle a campaign from the beginning (planning) to end (final report and billing) and eventually manage the client directly. Analytical and communication skills are important, as is a strong passion for digital media. Campaigns are run across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok and YouTube.

You will be working in a team led by the Biddable Director and reporting directly into an Account Manager. You will work alongside two Executives, a Senior Executive and a remotely based Executive in India.

 

Responsibilities  

  • Achieve client targets, in conjunction with the Senior Executive and Manager
  • Have an innovative and creative approach to thinking and constant improvements to Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit and TikTok campaigns
  • Initiate and undertake campaign management tasks including:

- Audience segmentation

- Ad uploading and execution

- Editing bids

- Budget monitoring

- Producing, updating, and understanding campaign reports and reconciliation documents

- Execution of audit work

  • Assist in educating/training account teams and clients and selling benefits of Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit as new and exciting media channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal agency teams across all disciplines e.g. client planning, buying, search, and digital
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit marketing teams
  • Keep up to date with all industry developments – building thorough knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit environments
  • Administration -ensuring finances are up to date and correct:

- Booking campaigns onto the system

- Reconciling actual spends each month

- Resolving various finance queries
