One of the main purposes of the Operations team is to drive efficiencies throughout all UK subsidiary businesses through smart innovative solutions leveraging automation in different forms. The Junior Solutions Developer will sit within a small team of developers and will work closely with the Operations team but will also need to consult Planning and Investment teams across the Publicis Media subsidiaries as well. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who is looking for growth in a role that will help shape the future of media buying. The JSD will be given an abundance of technical support to help progress their understanding and career. 

• Design, develop and implement bespoke automation tools using a variety of technologies (VBA, C++, Python)
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships across multiple teams and departments
• Help drive efficiencies across the businesses
• Developing basic knowledge of media and media buying
• Proactively contribute to the team
• Competent with VBA and Excel formula building
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
• Be able to manage projects independently
• Ability to work autonomously
• Desire to master current skillset while also wanting to learn and hone new ones
• Excellent communication skills
