We are looking for a strategist to join us.

 

You will be part of an industry-leading team which is transforming a regulated CPG category through digital innovation and thinking that goes beyond traditional media. Our iconic brands set us apart as we create multi-channel strategies with the ongoing objective to increase brand affinity and choice, whether through engaging content, innovative digital experiences and/or value in many forms. You’ll learn to think like a brand strategist, a content strategist, a researcher and a digital strategist on any given day. (Sometimes on the same day.) This role redefines what it means to work in a legally-responsible category, providing any strategist the opportunity to expand their skills and provide thought leadership on a number of different brands.

 

Experience/Skills/Traits/Style Required:

-       curiosity and insight into how consumers experience a brand

-       insights-driven thinking informed by cultural trends, behavioral learnings and other inputs to inform creative development for maximum relevance and impact

-       familiarity with experience design and human-centered design principles/theoretics that are the foundation for consumer-centric approaches and journeys 

-       experience articulating and distilling clients’ business problems, transforming them into strong, inspiring creative briefs

-       presence and energy; the ability to provoke and inspire a cross-functional team in the development of creative ideas and familiarity with agile working environments

-       the ability to proactively develop relationships; strong cross-functional teamwork skills including with clients

-       experience analyzing research and applying findings to the creative idea development process

-       passion for bringing ideas to life through digitally-driven comms plan approaches

-       familiarity with the application of analytics and data science to personalized CRM

-       foundational experience and coursework in UX disciplines, including information architecture, UX architecture, UX research, interaction design or human factors a plus

-       experience with new product and new brand development in new-to-the-world categories a plus

 

This position offers an excellent opportunity for fully integrated work and working with a deep, cross-functional team (includes print, video, digital, mobile, email, DM, retail, package/logo design, and promotions).
