Job Description

The role:

There has never been a more exciting time to work on a global brand that has a rich history of delivering iconic advertising. From Tony the Tiger through to Crunchy Nut, “The trouble is they taste too good”, Kellogg’s has always been a hotbed for famous ideas that speak to the masses.

The role itself will be to lead projects across multiple cereals in the Kellogg’s Taste portfolio (brands like Coco Pops, Crunchy Nut etc.), working in close partnership with the CDs and Senior Planners to deliver campaigns.

You should have a future thinking mindset, preparing for not just the upcoming campaign, but putting in place measures to ensure that we are continuously improving our output.

You are now a proficient delegator and manage with simplicity and clarity, leading the team to give clear direction and provide true partnership to the client.

The role will involve working into a Business Director on the account, but you will be expected to take charge and self-sufficiently run your projects and team, managing Senior Account Managers and below effectively. It would suit a self-starter who is comfortable juggling multiple work streams, is keen to learn and that can comfortably talk about, defend and sell creative ideas.

With high levels of responsibility and regular access to senior people within the Agency, this position will provide an excellent opportunity to learn and create some of the best work in the business.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities: 

  • Leading all projects on the Taste side of the business
  • Day to day contact for all client requests
  • Ensures that work is delivered efficiently and to the highest possible standard
  • Leads relationship with other roster agencies to ensure the best possible creative product across all touch-points.
  • Works hand in hand with Planning Director and Creative Director.

Sector experience:

Integrated experience: 

  • TV, print and social experience is a must

  • Excellent people skills and be able to work closely with the team, the creative department, other agencies and clients. A can-do attitude is a must!
