Job Description

Epsilon’s Digital Experience Practice is seeking an enthusiastic, quick-thinking social strategist with experience and proven success in managing a brand’s social media program. The candidate must work collaboratively with designers, art directors, content strategists, project managers and account leads, be able to deliver day-to-day programming under tight deadlines and have a deep understanding of the nuances involved in social media planning and execution. 

As our Social Content Strategist, you will be joining a highly-engaged, fast-paced Corporate Marketing organization. The role will be responsible for creating and executing a Company/Client's social strategy designed to create brand awareness, generate leads and engage our target audiences. In this position, you will be creating original content, managing and publishing posts, partnering with influencers, responding to followers, analyzing performance metrics and making data-backed optimizations for channel growth and engagement that align to marketing goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to liaise with our client stakeholders, ensuring content represents the fast-paced nature of our business. You will manage the image and voice according to our client’s brand and editorial guidelines. You will bring to the organization the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

If you’ve got a solid portfolio of work, an upbeat attitude and a desire to work in a friendly, creative and fast-paced environment, and have at least 5 years of experience working in a social experience and strategy role, we’d like to hear from you. 
 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and execute a social media calendar, with tactics aligned to overall corporate marketing goals
  • Work with our team to develop content ideas and campaigns that engage target audiences and drive web traffic
  • Generate campaign ideas and execute social advertising to reach target audiences and drive leads
  • Develop influencer marketing strategy, identifying and developing partnerships with people who have a strong influence on our brand's industry or target audience.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from various internal and external teams
  • Ensure editorial and brand governance including style, quality, tone of voice and creative of social posts and channels
  • Set specific objectives and report regularly on KPIs from on-platform insights
  • Employ social media tools and technology to scale our social content channels
  • Conduct monthly social reports and monitor the brand and competition
  • Collaborate with the design team for creative needs and ensure brand consistency across channels
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of social media management and paid social campaign experience with focus on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Strong experience in measuring social media performance and making data-driven optimizations
  • National Brand and Retail experience preferred
  • Well-equipped to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing multiple stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Willing to travel
