For two consecutive years, Publicis Health’s award-winning internship program was recognized by WayUp as one of the top 100 internship programs in the United States. As part of our virtual internship program, our 60+ interns gain valuable hands-on healthcare marketing and communications experience from the comfort and safety of their homes. Interns participate in weekly virtual learning sessions and gain exposure to senior leaders across the Publicis Health network, as well as expand their network with other PH interns across the U.S. By the conclusion of our 9-week virtual program, our interns learn what it means to intern with purpose.

We are looking for an HR intern to help us grow, manage, support and enable our talent to achieve careers that inspire them. You will help to be the face of the agency for new hires, helping to coordinate new hire orientation.  Additionally, you will be required to provide reliable, timely and accurate data entry and payroll processing via our HRIS systems.

In this role, you will have exposure to sensitive and confidential information, so discretion and good judgment are required!  Because HR is a function that sits at the agency but roles into the overall corporate structure, you will also be able to participate in Publicis Health HR function-wide projects and initiatives. 

• Full-time rising junior or rising senior, currently enrolled at an accredited 4-year College or University
• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program which aligns with their area of interest such as Human Resources Management or Business
• Legally authorized to work in the US
