We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with significant knowledge in API Testing, Automation, Story Validation and most importantly, Selenium. We are looking for highly talented and passionate people interested in working with international clients and ready to face new challenges in a dynamic and fast paced company.

• Create and maintain test automation frameworks using software development methodologies and defined technologies taking into consideration processes as CI/CD and multiple environments
• Create and maintain non-functional tests (ADA, security, performance, etc.)
• Work across teams under agile methodologies participating under the QA role actively, identifying requirements and analyzing design specifications with the team and communicating in English with technical and non-technical members
• Perform QA technical testing tasks like API and database testing interpreting queries and database tables relations
• Create and track bugs/defects
• Create manual test scenarios for automation test cases, identifying and prioritizing the ones who are most suitable for automation testing to achieve the best coverage
• Sending status reports informing about status of the testing process, basic metrics, results of tests and raising relevant priority issues and risks
• Create level of effort- LOE estimates
• Ensure content and structure of testing artifacts is documented and maintained using the best practices for quality assurance automation solutions
• Be receptive on learning about new technologies and self-driven to stay on top of the QA trending, to apply them on projects or furtherly participate in initiatives as mentoring and knowledge transfer sessions with the team
• Research and recommend the most effective technologies, approaches and strategies for QA Automation implementation across projects
• Prioritize necessary tasks and tests for successful testing executions
• Identify and inform effectively about potential quality issues and risks on projects
• Provide mentoring and guidance for team members

• Software Engineering or a related degree
• 3-5 years of related QA experience
• 4-6 years of QA Automation experience
• Proficiency providing maintenance and executing automated test cases
• Expertise in software engineering concepts for products design, development principles and agile methodologies
• Experience with databases environments
• Experience with CI/CD implementations
• Experience with QA Automation strategies, approaches and methodologies for mobile, back-end as API and front-end technologies
• Experience with project and bug tracking tools as Jira
• Experience with tasks estimation process LOE and prioritization
• Proficiency with functional testing and experience with non-functional testing
• Expertise creating and maintaining QA documentation like test plans, test cases and status reports and collecting metrics
• Experience being receptive to learn and work with new technologies
• Experience on mentoring of resources
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving oriented skills
• Ability to be assertive in communication
• English level B2 or higher
• ISTQB Foundation or related certification
• Desirable knowledge on JavaScript
• Desirable experience with test case management tools as Zephyr, Spira test or Xray
