Job Description

The Copywriter will work as part of a team driving adoption, usage and revenue for the digital ecosystem of a large, fast-paced technology client. Responsibilities include copy development for marketing including emails, in-app banners, social, and web.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Fast-thinking and strategic writer that thrives on an extremely fast-paced account
  • Fanatical attention to detail
  • Work quickly and independently with constant tight turnaround times, and know when to ask questions or raise issues
  • Collaborate well with PMs, Content Strategists, Account Managers, Art Directors, Designers and Creative Directors
  • Advocate for, and present work, to internal stakeholders as well as clients
  • Write fresh and creative headlines that really draw the reader in and motivate action
  • Generate both long and short engaging copy for digital and presentations
  • Intimate understanding and learning of brands inside out, through brand guidelines, any related topics on the net, books/magazines and other available sources

Experience

  • A degree or diploma in English, journalism, communications or a related field preferred
  • Agency experience required
  • 7 years’ experience writing for digital B2C
  • Interactive and digital media fluency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects from strategy through concept and production
  • Enthusiastically contribute to campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
  • Must be team player with a positive and fun attitude toward work
