Epsilon EU is at an exciting Inflection point where our teams and technologies are allowing us to accelerate into a future of automated & integrated marketing focused on the consumer. Because of this building momentum we are hiring a VP Enterprise Business Development to manage our Enterprise sales team; with subject matter expertise around loyalty programmes, Multi-Channel Messaging and name-based identity technologies.

Job Description

  • This role will develop, drive, and lead new business opportunities for Epsilon’s Services across Verticals for Enterprise Opportunities across Loyalty, Email and CRM.
  • Direct / support / lead on Sales Pitches as required.
  • Create and Deliver a Sales Plan for UK & supporting EU opportunities, including Market segmentation, opportunity prioritisation and brand positioning.
  • Manage a BD team covering Lead Generation, CRM, Pre-Sales, RFP response, Platform Demos, Closing Opportunities, & Upselling.
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop a seamless pipeline creation and output management process.
  • Build relationships across the Publicis Epsilon Groupe to surface business and process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years commercial management experience
  • Minimum 10+ years within a data-driven marketing environment
  • Proven & consistent commercial success driving complex sales processes
  • Strong evidence of leading and building high performance teams
  • Can demonstrate tenure and career development in roles
  • Strong evidence of establishing and improving upon sales processes
