The Publicis Media Data intelligence team is a centralized team within Publicis focused on driving growth and efficiency of analytics solutions. We are looking for a dynamic manager to help grow our analytics business across the world. This person will help to organize and develop best practices and identify emerging methodologies/tools to elevate our data intelligence offering. While the position has limited client-facing work, the position will support sales and on-going client projects.

Job Description

As a manager, you will work under the guidance of the VP of Global Data Intelligence to define the roadmap, create new products/services, and build commercial models through collaboration with agencies and brands across the globe.  This role will engage with cross-functional teams and work on the full range of the analytics practices including business structures, methodologies, and client applications. 

More specifically, your role includes:

  • Supporting the development of the global analytics roadmap and the prioritization to drive growth
  • Collaborating with agencies and client teams to evolve existing solutions and identify new methods to address challenges
  • Partnering with SMEs to develop POVs and curating materials to summarize offerings, methodologies, approaches, and opportunities for the data intelligence community and beyond
  • Actively participating in global monthly calls and SME group discussions by facilitating meeting agenda and publishing relevant materials
  • Evaluating new analytic approaches, tools or partners and vetting their offering against the value it can bring to Publicis Media
  • Working with key external partners (Google, Facebook, Innovid, etc.) to build partnership offerings such as training programs, certifications, etc.
  • Serving as internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools and marketing measurement
  • Piloting new solutions with Machine Learning techniques to grow analytics offerings
  • Supporting other functional teams with training, commercials, product development, etc. and providing the analytics lens across all new initiatives.
  • Other projects as required by leadership

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics or data strategy with an advertising agency, management consulting company, ad tech company, or similar group within a brand/client company
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Learning mindset and passion to keep abreast of rapidly changing media and analytics landscape
  • Experience with modern statistical methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.) and knowledge of machine learning principles; SQL, R and Python strongly desired
  • Experience with measurement solutions such as MMM, MTA and experimental design with an understanding of its applications
  • The ability to collaborate and influence others in different countries and cultural backgrounds
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Self starter/self motivated
