Duties:  Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information. Perform Campaign strategic planning – use analytics to develop campaign strategies to acquire new customers/retain existing customers on a monthly basis; Perform Campaign execution – develop complex data driven processes to select optimal audiences and efficiently execute key programs based on data analysis. Perform Campaign analysis - use advanced programming scripts in the execution of data analyses that contribute directly to final client deliverables. Provide Campaign projections –campaign performance metrics (conversion, incremental sales, IROI) to help allocate fiscal budget;  Client presentation creation - create detailed and compelling presentations for technical and non-technical audiences that illustrate actionable insights and recommendations from analytical projects; Client presentation - present reports to key stakeholders, communicating the key findings and recommendations.

 

Requirements: Employer will accept Master’s degree in Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; and 2 years of work experience in job offered or 2 years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:

 

(1)   Using SAS/R/SQL/SPSS to extract, process, and analyze data from multiple data sources (third party data, large-scale databases);

(2)   Performing quality control of data analyzed to ensure accuracy and efficiency;

(3)   Creating on demand reporting and dashboards in Tableau with a focus on data visualization and automation;

(4)   Developing presentations to explain statistical findings to internal and external clients; and

(5)    Implementing statistical methodologies (descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, sample sizing, decision tree, linear regression) and translating analytical results to actionable insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

 

Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
