Hawkeye is hiring a Social Strategist to work on on developing and executing omni-channel campaigns for one of the most loved Brands in America.

This teams has folks located all over the US including New York, Dallas, Chicago, and more. Location is flexible. We’ll make it work.

The clients are amazing and really care about the mission of their brand to serve the military community. The agency team is comprised of various agencies across the Publicis Groupe so you get to learn about these agencies and their capabilities and work closely with their teams. We are looking for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a passion for marketing and understanding of the human connection between the brand and the customer. Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can execute against a customer experience strategy to achieve effective results.

The Social Strategist plays an integral role in the development and execution of social strategy and new social initiatives within omni-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal functional teams (Creative, Paid Social, and Client Engagement) and clients to execute against a diverse set of high-priority social initiatives
  • The ability to provide social strategy thought leadership for our clients, specifically on the role of social in an integrated marketing model
  • Continuous cultural, digital and trend forecasting to inform client recommendations and to educate and motivate internal teams 
  • Ability to lead social creative development work – drafting briefs, ensure that solutions are strategically sound, meet objectives, and follow social best practices

Qualifications

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in social media role
  • Familiar with paid social strategies, analytics, and insight tools
  • Strong client and inter-agency relations skills
  • Exceptional and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Solution-oriented
  • Exposure to Display and Email Marketing is a plus
  • MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel proficiency required
  • MS Teams, Smartsheet, and ProofHQ experience preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
