Job Description

The purpose of the Content Manager is to create, craft and curate content that delivers a valuable experience whilst supporting the Content Team clients within Publicis Media.

In this role, you will have the support from an Assistant Manager and sit within the wider Social & Content team at Publicis Media. This role will allow you to work across the five award winning brands within the group.

The vast nature of this role will open opportunities for you, whether that be in business and client relationships, project management or sponsorships, or creative ad production, just to name a few.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the deliverables on assigned projects including brief response, briefing of the project to the Arts team or third party suppliers and client team management through the project to completion
  • Ensure financials and project revenue are up to date, including profit margins
  • Responsible for all legal clearance of all content production with project leader
  • Develop and design content led solutions reactively and proactively with the team
  • Knowledge of all aspects of our solutions across Insights, Strategy & Consulting, Content Creative & Production, Content Partnerships and Publishing & Distribution and how they apply across all aspects of the consumer journey
  • Continuous development and learning in and around the content space to advise and educate internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of how content is integrated into a media strategy and have an understanding of social data and landscape
  • Understanding of how brand and creative executions are developed into content led solutions and how they deliver on a client’s business objectives
  • Support Content Team to develop case studies at the completion of each project
  • Build strong relationships and provide agency support across client teams for content implementation and management
  • Implement and be governed by our SLA and RACI model with the agency brands

  • A Team Player – You have a proven ability in project management and to manage your team’s capacity for the work, and understand when to utilize external partners. It’s also about your ability to properly scope the work, the costs internally and externally and ensure the project doesn’t go over budget.
  • Client Centric – A background in client management is essential for this role. Your ability to meet with clients and uncover content opportunities across your client patch will be a fundamental part of your day to day.
  • Innovative – You’re passionate about an idea and embrace creativity. Be brave your share your point of view on how content could shaped or find new ways to communicate and be relevant on new social platforms.
