    Job Description

    The Publicis Emil team in Melbourne have a new and exciting role for a Digital Producer who is looking to expand their knowledge of digital platforms as well as their front line client relationship skills.

    This role is responsible for end-to-end project management of the Mercedes-Benz CMS platform, OneWeb. You’ll be busy delivering a variety of digital projects in partnership with the current Digital Producer and team of Web Developers. 

    In addition, you’ll be managing internal/external stakeholder expectations, along with being responsible for estimation, scope/specification documentation and resource management. Your focus is on acting as the champion of our digital processes.  

    • Management of day to day OneWeb updates 
    • Oversee and manage developers to ensure project outputs are QA’d and presented on time
    • Responsible for driving client work going through the agency
    • Write briefings and create timelines 
    • Manage delivery of all creative projects 
    • Oversee and manage project finances and forecasts
    • Manage campaign reports in collaboration with strategy team
    • Be main point of contact for all client inquires

    Qualifications

    • 5 years’ experience working in agency 
    • 5 years’ experience working with a CMS Platfrom 
    • Understanding of marketing technology and digital project management 
    • Strong project management and time management skills (ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the highest quality) 
    • A great communicator with exceptional relationship building skills and a team player mentality 
    • Some knowledge of HTML/HTML5, XHTML, Javascript, CSS, main ad serving technologies (DoubleClick etc.) for standard and rich media display (desktop/mobile) is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Experience with platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, Episerver is a plus

    The ideal candidate is organised, highly analytical, detail-oriented, a self-starter, creative problem solver, innovative thinker; excellent in verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative work setting.
