Publicis Sapient is looking for a results-driven Program Manager to join our team of innate problem-solvers. You will lead exciting digital transformation programs from presales to ‘go live’. As a project management expert with an agile mindset, you plan, solve the unexpected, and always innovating new ways to exceed the client’s expectation. This role requires an individual who is able to empower and motivate the teams in order to bring about successful change.

Your Impact

• Support in business development initiatives and participate in pitches to prospective clients in Thailand
• Act as the client point of contact to understand their business needs, manage and control program objectives
• Work with domain experts and clients to define project objectives, approach, plan and budget
• Oversee the overall program activities, controlling needs, schedule, cost and quality
• Lead diverse multi-skilled teams to deliver integrated solutions that achieve measurable business results
• Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, decision making and conflict resolution
• Keep track of project financials and deliver the programs as per the sold-as margins
• Identify, manage and help to mitigate project issues and risks

• 7+ years of program/project management experience in delivering digital or technology-based solutions
• Agile-based, leading digital transformation, customer experience CX or digital projects experience
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages with an understanding of Thai work culture & business ethics
• A mindset for owning the set-up of the end to end delivery process and tools
• Strategic and consulting focused management with C-level executives to nurture trusted relationships
• Leading multiple projects and client engagement with revenue, quality and timeline accountability
• Proven in delivering enterprise programs and comfortable working with a remote regional team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
