Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our team in the position of Assistant Account Executive. Working with our North Central Region office, this person will be responsible for assisting in the daily management of the office and providing broad support across all facets of the business.

 

Responsibilities:

•      Assigned regional and Local Marketing Association (LMA) duties

•      Client and competitor data “pulls” and data manipulation

•      Project management of creative assets and tagging in multiple markets

•      Maintain central filing system for client's incentive programs, sales, media schedules, commercials, catalogs, product information, EAs, etc.

•      Ongoing exposure to plan development (eventual input to planning process)

•      Heavy tracking of internal reports and metrics

•      Maintain office calendar and arrange meetings

•      Maintain office supplies

•      Learn as much as you can about our client’s business!

Qualifications

1-2 years of agency, marketing or related business experience. A previous related internship and/or temp assignment will be helpful. Media and/or traffic exposure with broadcast and/or digital creative a plus.

 

Required Skills:

Excellent computer and communication skills.  Candidates MUST have proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
