Job Description

The Account Supervisor will work as part of the Martin Retail Integration team responsible for driving our clients' business.  Primary responsibilities are related to consumer communications and advertising.  The Account Supervisor will have primary client contact with the client Retail Planning team, Retail Go-to-Market team, Marketing team and the Director of Sales Operations.  In addition to day-to-day client contact, the Account Supervisor will also serve as a liaison between regional account teams and partnering agencies throughout all communication disciplines.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Point person in development of retail communications driven by retail priorities 

·       Must understand and interpret all retail incentives, retail-based programs and marketing initiatives in order to guide agency teams, partners and clients alike

o   Deliver key updates to the broader teams and dealers through clear, cohesive and simple communications

·       Support the communication needs of clients and Martin Retail field organization

o   Serve as a conduit of information between all five regions, sales operations team and marketing clients

o   Will serve as the agency lead for all legal approvals and ad compliance

o   Lead and manage all production timelines, creative processes and communication cadence for MRG and clients

·       Manage high-volume creative production across various media including broadcast, print, digital, point-of-sale and radio

·       Foster and maintain strong client and team relationships

o   Attend and participate in client meetings as needed

Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years agency account management experience, ideally with involvement in automotive retail

 Skills:

Looking for a self-starter that works independently.  Must be an organized and detail-oriented problem-solver with an entrepreneurial attitude and strategic mindset. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced client environment is essential.  Strong written communication skills are also required.  An eye for impactful creative is a plus.  Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Automotive incentive and legal compliance experience preferred.
