Job Description

The Assistant Account Executive will help to coordinate the planning and development of advertising activities for Southeast Regional Local Marketing Associations (LMAs).
 
Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed, high-level reports displaying a thorough and nuanced understanding of industry data and trends
  • Interact with Martin Retail Group account management, creative, and other service departments
  • Enter and track Creative Requests
  • Assist assigned field Account Supervisors with the preparation for LMA meetings
  • Manage and maintain, in conjunction with others, up-to-date, accurate information on specific reports, such as Media Summary, LMA Health and Forecasting
  • Facilitate client/agency communication regarding day to day implementation
  • Manage the uploading of LMA Insurance and Invoicing for the Southeast Region
  • Provide support on BG Regional business as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years agency experience preferred; one or more relevant internships will be considered
  • Advanced MS Office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of creative brief writing process and media planning discipline, preferred.
