Job Description

We are seeking an all source researcher who will lead, plan and execute research projects in partnership with our clients. The person in this role will lead and participate in all phases of research, including research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Your Impact
•Design and execute quantitative research studies, such as large, global survey studies, B2B survey studies, and thought leadership survey studies.
•Clean and analyze research data to create outputs such as user requirements, consumer journeys, personas, segmentation and other conceptual frameworks to describe the customer experience. 
•Work collaboratively with other researchers, designers and strategists to determine research-based recommendations.
•Present research findings and recommendations to team members and clients.
•Be a strong advocate for the customer/end user in meetings, working sessions and workshops with team members and client.
•Manage key tracks of work in accordance with established budget, work plans and quality standards.
•Help develop strong working relationships with clients.

Your Skills & Experience
•4-6 years of experience executing quantitative research projects 
•Experience with statistical analysis and descriptive analysis, as well as experience with key analytical and reporting tools beyond Excel, such as SPSS, Tableau, Q, MarketSight, etc.
•Knowledge of data privacy rules and best practices for working with participant data and demonstrated ability to implement these practices.
•Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create and deliver clear, powerful and concise presentations/proposals
•Demonstrated ability to plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and meet goals.
•Flexibility to speak with team members across all functions and is able to passionately communicate research implications to multi-functional teams,

Set Yourself Apart with:
•PMP Certification
•Experience working in conjunction with teams working in the areas of design research, service design, digital design, digital product innovation, ecommerce, web-based application design or experience strategy. 
•Communicate research findings in a clear, concise, and visual way through data visualization.
•Experience in qualitative research projects 
•Familiarity and experience with key online research platforms are a plus (for example, Qualtrics, Decipher, DScout, Validately, UserTesting.com, etc.)
