Job Description

The Data function sits alongside Strategy & Planning playing a central role in ensuring insightful data-driven decision-making is at the heart of every project that Digitas delivers. Meaning that data analysts will regularly interact with experts across technology, creative, project management, media and CRM. The team covers a wide range of channels including; web, mobile, app, media, and social. 

We are looking for an individual that has experience in analyzing data, building segmentation, performance insights and educating clients on the importance of data. We require someone who has the business mind-set to ask the right questions of the data to extract meaningful insights that will positively impact account performance on campaign or customer experience strategy. The Singapore office is also an engine for growth for the ASEAN market and the role would get a chance to work on both regional and local clients.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analysis of 1st party data using statistical methods to bring out consumer insights
  • Partnering with the planning team to create consumer strategy
  • Reporting and performance tracking of CRM/ media campaigns for some of our key global clients
  • Partnering with the data engineering team to manage maintenance of dashboards and performance reports

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years in a data analysis role (ideally related to marketing/ media / CRM)
  • Understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms
  • Hands on experience in using Python & SQL to analyze consumer data
  • Experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization
  • Creation and maintenance of digital dashboards (preferably Data studio)
  • Understanding of Double-click, Google Analytics, FB Ads manager & DBM implementation and campaign setup
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to package and present analytical findings
