Why are we looking for you

The Campaign Business Consultant requires both technical and business/marketing knowledge and skills. Business Consultants work to gather and understand unique business requirements. They then work to develop and build customized solutions to meet needs with the Adobe Campaign platform. In addition, Business Consultants perform business analysis, assist with campaign design and construction, and diagnose and solve technical issues.

What you will enjoy in this role

  • Work with marketing owners and campaign team to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, program frequency, degree of personalization and overall creative approach and develop an appropriate, campaign-specific testing approach
  • Gather, document and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements
  • Review key aspects of the campaign design, build and deployment processes to ensure optimal quality, including:
  • Campaign flow, channel selection, and touch-point timing
  • Email editorial and creative content, including copy and visual elements
  • Subscriber data import and segmentation, including dynamic content and data –driven personalization
  • Deployment configuration, including subject lines, audience selection, and send date and time
  • Perform functional testing of the email (clicking links, confirming tracking data, etc.) to confirm accuracy
  • Measurement of campaign performance (control group and lift calculation)
  • Become an expert in the use of Adobe products and the methods by which they can be used to effectively optimize online businesses

Qualifications

 

  • Passion for the marketing domain and use of technology to solve business problems
  • 5 years minimum of experience with Adobe Campaign platform and 3+ more year in working on campaign management technology implementations
  • Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player and manage change effectively
  • Experience presenting in front of groups
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
