Job Description

The role will be working across our key global clients and we operate with them across the globe. 

The candidate will be part of the data and analytics team and will work closely with Global Communications Planners, Account Service team as well as local market contacts. 

The candidate should have a proven track record of working with and aggregating data. This will require pulling data together from various data sources and aggregating them together such as dashboard on a monthly basis. This will require strong excel skills as currently this is the format that the data is presented i

Qualifications

  • Interpret data sets and produce written reports with recommendations for optimisation towards campaign goals working closely with the comms planners
  • Assist the account team during the different phases of planning by delivering campaign insight based on own analysis
  • Support the development of data analysis for the client, working closely with the analytics lead to develop further insight capabilities
  • Employ various data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies such as regression analysis (both linear and non-linear), cluster analysis, factor analysis/principal component analysis, experimental designs using statistical software
  • Prepare reports, uncovering insights and developing business recommendations based on data findings and present reports to key internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations of the projects
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects
  • Communicates complex analytical results, and corresponding implications to both internal and external clients in a manner that will be easily understood
  • Creates compelling presentations to tell the analytic story, demonstrating value by providing actionable insights with recommendations
  • Consolidate, collect and present data from multiple sources and oversee dashboard development to highlight key performance indicators

Additional Information

  • Quantitative educational background (preferred advanced degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, Quantitative Marketing).
  • Exceptional, results-driven and focused business and data analyst, combining a quantitative outlook with the ability to articulate results in a simple, clear and concise way
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to process huge amounts of data into relevant, big picture learning
  • High level of Excel
  • Ability to work with R or Python is compulsory for this role
