Job Description

The Project Management Team are the agency’s delivery and “action plan” experts. They transform our clients’ scopes into tailored and actionable project plans, considering all possible opportunities and variables. They hold all departments accountable, set priorities and continuously drive projects forward to delivery.

This role interfaces with all agency departments and requires an understanding of best practices from brief through to production. The typical project deliverables will range from TV/OLV, Print, Radio, Social and CRM.

  • Work seamlessly within a fully integrated publicis network team, working equally across 3 different agencies.
  • Nurture cross-functional agency relationships and be the ultimate problem solver.
  • Establish and maintain integrated timelines.
  • Lead communication across departments regarding creative deliverables, timing and resources.
  • Establish Project Milestones and partner with account team to monitor project activity against the SOW.
  • Understand the clients SOW, including objectives and priorities.
  • Responsible for the design, operation and improvement of the team processes.
  • Provide a pivotal communication and negotiation point to the team.
  • Work with the Resource Manager and Creative Directors to assemble the best creative teams for each assignment.
  • Chair status meetings and internal creative meetings, and ensure action steps are always communicated.
  • Bring a fair and objective point of view to team discussions and decisions.
  • Facilitate the creative and production processes, including reviews, approvals and presentation preparation.
  • Work with project management colleagues to problem solve and mitigate schedule/resource conflicts.
  • Issue daily/weekly hot sheets.
  • Love and champion our work.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of experience working in project management in a creative environment.
  • Be a communicative, flexible, multi-tasking problem solver.
  • Be diplomatic and fair, organized and detail oriented.
  • Possess strong leadership with a calm demeanor.
  • Enjoy a fast paced and creative environment.
