Job Description

This role is responsible for driving and managing solutions and deliverables with internal and external teams, clients and supplier partners. An excellent communicator who excels in detail’s with proven client, supplier and retailer interface. This individual will be responsible for production management, mitigating risk, quality and collaboration with network cross functional teams to ensure our clients succeed.  A fun, upbeat personality is required with great communication skills and proven capability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day

  • Support executional project requirements including client, retailer, supplier and internal production processes.
  • Manage, track and communicate daily updates to internal and external teams. 
  • Plan, organize and execute on schedule.  
  • Support all areas of producing, proto-typing, execution, including manufacturing internally/externally.
  • Build strong internal relationships across the agency, network, clients, and suppliers.
  • Understand key agency, client, supplier, and retailer functions, roles, processes, systems, and timing.
  • Collaborate with Creative to bring concepts to life, ensure feasibility and drive innovative solutions. 
  • Lead supplier management on assigned projects including product samples, prototype management, die lines, purchase orders, art out, internal vendor proofs, inbound primary product, outbound logistics, POD's, final invoicing and KPI’s.
  • Negotiate competitive bids with suppliers providing budgets and estimates for all internal and external costs, delivering best value to our clients.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and positively to ever-evolving project, client, and team needs.
  • Engage with internal and external resources ensuring projects success in an efficient/effective manner.  
  • Maintain thorough documentation of job specs, costs, efficiencies and timelines aligning to internal processes and delivering post project KPI’s/Value Creation.
  • Communicate regularly with PreMedia to manage die-lines, specs and other production related deliverables.
  • Responsible for gathering all necessary documentation from suppliers and approvals to expedite billings and payment.
  • Travel for clients’ meetings, press checks, first article inspections and assembly ensuring quality control as needed.
  • Ability to use radical candor in all communication and resolving conflicts. 
  • Ability to recognize and celebrate success of others in the department and agency. 

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE 
2-5 years’ experience in supply chain (EDI & Logistics) management required.  Graphic assets management, print and production preferred.  Experience proactively leading and collaborating with clients, network cross-functional teams and supplier partners with minimal supervision required.  BA degree in logistics, supply chain, marketing or related field.
