Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join an exceptional team at Saatchi & Saatchi. This must person must be a real team player with a passion for delivering world-class creative. You will need to be incredibly organised, an excellent communicator with an appetite to learn.

You will be responsible for delivery on integrated campaigns and managing several key stakeholders, both agency and client side. Knowledge of production processes, being able to manage budgets and timelines, as well as the ability to build great working relationships, will be critical.

Above all we are looking for someone who has the passion and drive to make the best work of their careers on this great piece of business.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about creative and making great creative work.
  • This account team is one of Saatchi & Saatchi’s most high-profile accounts so we need to make sure that all of the work that we present and produce is of the highest creative standard.
  • Strong client relationship skills.
  • Able to quickly build relationships with clients (Brand Manager level) and influence them to make work that meets both creative and commercial objectives.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (particularly with partner agencies).
  • Through the line production experience covering screens (TV/online content), OOH, Partnerships, Social, Digital.
  • A self-motivated starter.
  • An Account Manager needs to demonstrate a high amount of initiative and be the driving force on projects.
  • A positive attitude, and aptitude.
  • The Account Manager is the tone-setter, and needs to have a positive attitude and disposition.
  • Experience working within a large advertising agency and with all agency departments including creative, traffic, planning and production (digital/TV/Print).
  • Experience in a fast paced environment and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills including the ability to manage timelines, WIP documents and budgets across multiple projects.
  • Strong financial acumen to ensure that jobs are accurately estimated and revenue is correctly accrued.
  • Experience in reviewing monthly JCR’s and advising on billings and revenue.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a creative agency
