Job Description

Sr. Project Manager serves as the project management and operations lead on large client accounts, partnering with Business Leadership to nurture client relationships, deliver accurate financial management of the account/brand. The Sr. Project Manager may also be called on to develop staffing and pricing proposals for new business/annual scope negotiation

  • Works with the internal/IAT Project Managers to monitor cost, schedules, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program.
  • Partnership with the SVP in scope negotiation
  • Leadership and management of the monthly client forecast and reconciliation as well as oversees the billing process
  • Responsible for leading and developing the internal workflows/process
  • Interfaces with all areas affected by projects including end users, distributors, and vendors
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
  • Proposes enhancements to organization’s Program Management Methodology / Framework
  • Responsible for project set-up and implementation internally and with the client according to agreed upon process

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervises from 1 to 5 employees within the Project Management Group
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of internal process flow
  • Ensures adherence to internal process standards
  • Mentors other PMs in process training via internal workshops, and one on one coaching /mentoring.
  • Demonstrates mastery of all common interactive project types

Operations

  • In-depth understanding of the financial operations of running an account at the portfolio level
  • Ability to lead/defend the financial status of account with Account SVP
  • Eye towards continual process improvement in relation to account level operational processes (time tracking, job management, work intake, resource management, financial operations, SOW operations, billing, portfolio planning, reporting)

Leadership

  • Recognized as the “on the ground” financial and project management process and policy expert, steward
  • Ability to drive the team toward common goals as it relates to the internal and client process

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sr. Project Manager role
  • BA Degree
  • Supervisory Experience
