Job Description

We’re looking for an outstanding Account Manager, someone who can consult and win the hearts of Clients, naturally inspire teams and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of our business.

As an Account Manager, you’ll devise and run customer-centric engagements with day-to-day management of data driven planning, technology implementation, airing and optimisation.

 What you’ll do:

  • Becoming Clients go-to resource to identify and consult data driven marketing solutions powered by technology to solve their business problems (among solutions are CRM & Loyalty, Data Strategy, Digital Strategy, Experience Strategy)
  • Managing and overseeing projects lifecycle with various stakeholders, ensuring adequate resources, day in and out and helping clear roadblocks to success
  • Steering actionable plans and briefs, presenting work confidently and persuasively
  • Knowing all there is to know about the Client’s business and technology stack
  • Creating dependable, organized and clear communications between stakeholders
  • Understanding the larger financial picture and impacts on margins/revenue targets
  • Developing team members by coaching, training and identifying areas of growth

Qualifications

Great candidates often have:

  • 3-4+ years of relevant experience in digital, media and creative agencies. Consulting, Client-side experience is a plus
  • Up-to-date, planning and implementation knowledge of AdTech and MarTech
  • An analytical mind, able to make data driven recommendations using various research sources, tools and analytics techniques
  • Communication and presentation skills – articulate, straightforward and engaging
  • Proven leadership and management skills – ability to coach and develop talent, inspire and drive change and bring varied groups together to collaborate effectively
  • Effective time-management, impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and deadline-driven environment
  • Attention to detail, personal organization and project management abilities
