We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, mind for conceptualization, and most importantly stellar Art Directions coupled with hands-on design skills e.g. illustration, animation and photo retouching to name a few. You will work in a fast paced environment and with a team of multi-disciplined, creative and energetic people on a portfolio of some of the world's largest, most renown brands across Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services & Banking, Innovative Technologies and Telecommunications, etc. 

You’ll collaborate with the team(s) in conceptualization; lead Art Directions and design executions for integrated initiatives, as well as cross-channel marketing platforms. You will work closely with one of the Group Creative Directors and has the opportunity to work with the group Chief Creative Officer.  There may be traveling involved as well.  


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with copy-base creatives, develop a range of powerful, compelling art directions; art work & designs that are able to visually illustrate concepts, or to story-tell, for respective projects.
  • Presenting visual designs, concepts and storyboards to internal teams and clients.
  • Mentoring designers & art directors, to produce cross-channel art-base creative output
  • Working on multiple projects in a small / large group setting.
  • Be persistent in managing deadlines and work quality.

  • Showcase your personal pick, the best, the prettiest, the most visually impactful art work or design
  • Strong knowledge and experience in social media, visual development across channels – on and offline.
  • Skillful in the following applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, After Effects, video production and others.
  • A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution.
  • Working experience in China is must.
  • Personality: sense of humor, open-mindedness, energetic and curiosity.
  • A determined young Art Director who have just been waiting for that  opportunity to step up to a Senior Art Director
  • Or, a Senior Art Director that deserves better treatment than you current are receiving
  • Working experience in China is a MUST.
