Job Description

The ideal candidate would be someone who is highly creative in the digital comms space, used to working in a brand/advertising/marketing environment. Able to work across a range of projects from print ad layout, digital design (Website assets, banners, DOOH, TV supers, end frames etc), email design to social content and comping work from presentation/pitches.

The candidate needs to be able to get to know the brand quickly, and respect brand guidelines whilst not being afraid to push boundaries. Must be organised with good time management, and have strong attention to detail. Must be flexible and able to work under pressure!

Qualifications

  • Print: Great layout, typography and print experience with strong attention to detail. We do a lot of shopper work, so an understanding of, or experience of designing for this environment would be useful. 

  • Digital: Banners, DOOH, website assets, TVC Supers, end frame designs, Email design. With an understanding of responsive design for web.

  • Motion: Experience in After effects would be hugely beneficial. We are doing a lot more social work for the brands these days, so this would be a big plus.

  • Illustration: It would be great if candidates had the ability to draw. We do a certain amount of work which would otherwise be outsourced to an illustrator.
