Start Up Pampers is headquartered in Geneva and has 4 hubs around the world. The Budapest Hub is led by Saatchi & Saatchi, hosting a large part of the creative, product and communications teams. Pampers Club as a program has many elements, one of them is a loyalty mobile app nested in a communication ecosystem manned by cca. 45 team members here in Budapest.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Pampers Team in Budapest.

Job Description

The new Account Manager will be a SPOC for one of the main market in our activation/retention team.

Account Manager should be aware of all running campaigns on the market along with targeting and give recommendations on revising the brief or the developed assets. He/she is responsible for strategy planning of the projects including flow creation, targeting and feasibility check. Account Manager is also responsible for managing creative development for different communication platform (push notifications, in-app messaging, e-mails, social) that drive conversions.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Following the daily process with internal and external partners
  • Ongoing tracking of daily financial duties (Issuing POs, invoices, tracking internal and external costs)
  • Close collaboration with Production team (video, image production)
  • Liaising with other internal team member(s) to ensure a cohesive approach between different teams
  • Maintains and builds the relationship with clients and partner agencies
  • Supporting the direct report’s professional development and supervises the daily work

Qualifications

Hard skills

  • Min. 3-4 years agency experience
  • Mid-level English knowledge at least
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Able to think of possible user journey scenarios and to create flows accordingly
  • Able to handle different international parties at the same time
  • Managing project by him/herself with minimal support
  • Is comfortable with working with technical parameters provided by the campaign managers and transform this into Client language
  • Able to understand and present data findings
  • Presentational skill-set
  • Digitally savvy: has experience in digital platforms, tools.
  • Organized and capable of managing parallel workflows
  • Able to follow the prioritization provided by the team leader
  • Comfortable following existing processes

Soft skills

  • Capable of working in fast pace work environment and in constant changes (within or out of the team)
  • Capable of working out of comfort zone / tolerates being pushed out of comfort zone
  • Tolerance of repetitive workflows (working on similar flows, promos across markets)

  • Experience working with multinational FMCG clients; experience in multi-country coordination
