Job Description

  • Should have combined experience of 5+ years in managing the client, SQL, functional knowledge
  • Should have handled the client
  • Hands on experience on writing complex SQL Queries or expertise
  • Good experience in ITIL process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated personal
  • Able to mentor the juniors in the team
  • Knowledge of production support process
  • Knowledge of Jira is preferred
  • Should have the expertise in propose the solution to client’s problem
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical department in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met

Qualifications

  • Requires 5+ years of related client support engineer, technical or business experience
  • BE/BSC/MCA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline
