Job Description

Resource Management sits at the heart of the agency and is where several key functions intersect. We provide a unique perspective on casting as it relates to skill sets, business needs and operational demands. The Resource Management Coordinator will have the opportunity to interact with many different internal departments, which will provide a strong foundation to grow within this team.  The Coordinator will have regular exposure to the Finance team, as well as Project Management leads, providing a unique business view.  The Coordinator will wear many hats, and they will likely be different each day, allowing the opportunity to pivot and grow constantly. At the core, The RM team informs decisions regarding casting, mobility and hiring based on multiple, wide-ranging factors. The RM Coordinator is responsible for supporting the RM department in creating an environment where our employees can thrive.  Specific duties include:

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Resource Management

  • Support Resource Management leads administratively and operationally in their efforts to fill needs with the best possible talent

Data & Reporting

  • Generate and distribute custom reports which help to influence staffing decisions

Freelance Talent Management

  • Onboard new freelance hires, schedule and coordinate freelance interviews, partner with external recruiting vendors, maintain freelance budgeting reports, etc.

 

Qualifications

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Candidates should have 1-2 years of working experience, with interest in talent, reporting and operations. Great attention to detail, prioritization skills and the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.  A high level of comfort with numbers as well as the ability to interpret data is necessary. Candidates should have an interest in HR and Recruiting.  Candidates should possess strong people skills. Candidates should feel comfortable working in MS Suite, especially MS excel.
