The best part though, is when the assets launch and you have the satisfaction of knowing you were an integral part of the process.

We’re looking for a senior-level Business Affairs Manager with 8-10 + years of experience, including extensive knowledge of the various talent collective bargaining agreements and experience with music licensing, celebrity and social influencer contracts, and negotiations.

The candidate should have extensive working knowledge of the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract, including the 2019 Alternate Compensation Structures and Digital and Social Waivers, as well as working knowledge of other union contracts including the SAG-AFTRA Non-Broadcast Industrials Contract, ACTRA, and UDA Commercials Contracts for Canadian talent and AFM Musician Commercials Contract.

The candidate should have strong math skills and be comfortable working in Excel.

A self-starter, who is highly motivated, adept at multitasking, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
