THIS ROLE IS ON:  Brands could include an alcoholic beverage, healthcare and consumer electronics brands. 

THE DURATION OF THIS ROLE IS: Full-time at 40 hours/weeks

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE INCREDIBLE:

Position Overview

The Senior Account Manager supports the agency's Senior Account Team members in managing design projects internally and directly with the Clients. The Senior AM will be responsible for owning certain projects from start to finish as well as all aspects of project management, day-to-day communication, project finances and facilitation of the internal creative process.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with designers and implementation teams to create best-in-class designs from strategy to realization; fostering a sense of teamwork in the service of our design process

- Providing competitive landscape information/samples for the design team

- Researching marketplace trends and writing summaries for Immersion phases

- Coordinating internal and client meetings

- Maintaining and constantly updating project timelines and internal project calendars

- Assessing project resource needs and constantly updating scheduling tool for weekly meetings

- Leading internal studio-wide weekly project presentations

- Writing small to medium project scopes, managing the PO process, and preparing monthly Point of Completion Revenue Recognition (POC) report and client billing

- Writing RFPs to bid third party suppliers for photography, illustration and other services; managing the execution of third party supplier deliverables; ensuring timely receipt and accuracy of supplier invoices; tracking all projects expenses and preparing end of month reports to reconcile with billing

- Analyzing client feedback and writing design orders for the internal team; ensuring that client feedback is actionable and on brief; alerting team when feedback or client requests warrant change orders; writing change orders, obtaining approval and integrating with existing work streams

- Authoring and presenting upfront/summary slides for client presentations 

- Other duties as relevant to support the account team

Qualifications

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THIS ROLE: Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in advertising, design or client side brand marketing role. 

SKILLS NEEDED TO CRUSH THIS ROLE:

The Senior Account Manager must be an exceptionally organized and a highly-adroit multi-tasker, able to work under pressure, change direction quickly, and juggle multiple clients and work streams at the same time. This person will need to balance the needs of our clients with the mission of Turner Duckworth to create award winning, commercially successful, and industry leading design.

An appreciation for brilliant ideas with a touch of wit, a passion for design and consumer brands, and a compassionate, positive attitude, are all absolutely necessary to thrive in our culture. The Senior Account Manager will need to have a calming effect on the design teams, ensuring that they have everything they need to set them up for success. Confidence, poise and the ability to present work and have spontaneous discussions with Senior Brand Manager and Director level clients should already be mastered, or well developed.

5-7 years of experience working in an advertising, design agency or client side brand marketing role.

Strong organizational skills are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be a wizard Acrobat, Keynote, Excel, PPT and Word for MAC, and Google docs.
