Job Description

•       Establish good relationships with senior clients by engaging them at the business level.

•      Leverage good relationships with business partners (e.g. creative, media owners), hence the ability to obtain updated information that contributes to the work objectives, value-add to clients.

•      Establish partnership processes with business partners (e.g. rules of engagement).

•      Establish rapport and understanding with senior business partners and ensure clear documentation on all communications.

•      Maintain regular WIPs, dialogues, and reviews to ensure effective work processes with Group Head

•      Undertake key initiatives/business solutions in tandem with clients' goals, business objectives, and priorities.

•      Resolve major ad operations issues with publisher partners or creative partners.

•      Guide and troubleshoot for the team on advanced application usage.

•      Drive technology advancement mindset internally and externally and exploit the potential of 3rd Party Technology to improve and streamline processes wherever possible.

•      Proactively disseminate POV to clients and draw relevant implications to the clients' business.

•      Evaluate the strategic implications of media/ industry/brand developments and identify opportunities & threats to businesses (short to long term)

•      Provide team vision, direction, management, and support to individuals within the digital unit

•      Demonstrate appropriate behavior to uphold the company's image, reputation, and credentials.

•      Identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

•      More than 8 years’ experience as the senior contact on key accounts that the main services focus on digital media plans and key tactics

•      Demonstrated ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets to create and translate insights into compelling presentations

•      Strong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues.

•      Extensive experience leading and managing technical projects, including problem-solving, strategic technology roadmaps, and implementation

•      Extensive experience leading and managing marketing analytics projects from ideation through completion

•      Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights

•      Solid written and verbal communication skill with the ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to a non-technical audience

•      Strong understanding and experience with digital media buying, KPI development, and technology practices during campaign planning and execution

•      Results orientations with strong independent and team project management and time management skills

•      Experience proficiency with Microsoft office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint

•      Experienced proficiency with digital marketing technology, especially ad servers, tag management systems, brand study partners, verification technologies; experience or orientation to learning new software packages and methodologies (social media tools, data visualization etc.), data analysis techniques and applied statistics required

•      Strong quantitative /analytical skills and able to drive forward thinking while demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving

•      Significant experience at all levels of agency-client relationships
