Job Description

  • Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
  • Write clean, testable code using Sitecore components
  • Testing and debugging
  • Review and refactor code
  • Deploy fully functional applications
  • Upgrade existing programs
  • Support junior developers’ work
  • Document development and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • 4-year Computer Science degree or comparable experience
  • 6+ years professional experience. Sitecore 9.x Certified

Skills:

  • At least 4+ years in Sitecore
  • In depth knowledge on latest version of Sitecore preferably 8.x, 9.0, 9.1, 9.2, 9.3
  • Knowledge in SXA and EXM will be an advantage
  • Good to have experience in Sitecore Commerce
  • Strong knowledge of Visual Studio, TFS and at least one of the .NET languages (VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET)
  • Experience in coding, designing and testing new web software applications
  • To identify and correct the software defects and to maintain the existing software systems
  • In-depth understanding and implementation of web services (REST or SOAP)
  • To create test plans and technical specifications
  • Working experience with frameworks (MVC, MVVM, CSLA) and Software Patterns
  • Experience with Microsoft Release Management Studio or other Continuous Integration Management tool (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Working experience with UI / front-end development using JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 4/5, and CSS3
  • Familiarity with agile environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
