Here is your chance to join the Performics Mercerbell agency working on the enviable client that is a very well-known bank here in Australia. As the Performance Media Executive you will join a collaborative, solutions and outcomes focused team and will support across,

As the Performance Executive you will be responsible for supporting across Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic, Video, Social and Mobile channels and platform activity, delivering accurate and timely reports, optimisation implementation in a methodical manor through your working day.

Each day will vary but can consist of any of the following;

  • Supporting Account Managers and Directors across the team to deliver account deliverables including client management, reporting, optimization tactics, quality-checks and best practice
  • Assist in the development of insights for reporting and channel roadmaps, laddering up to the ‘so-what?’
  • Assist in the build of new Search, Programmatic, Social campaigns ensuring a high level of detail is observed and we are aligned to the customer brief.
  • Identify areas for account improvement and feed-back to Performance Media Managers and Directors.
  • Assist in the loading of proposed budgets into ad platforms and our invoicing system accurately and reconciling budgets on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

  • 18 months + experience in managing Programmatic campaigns for enterprise-level clients, with ideally an agency or willingness to adapt to agency background. Background is less important than perspective, experience on the job and attitude.
  • Hands on proficiency across DSPs, inventory landscape and 1st, 2nd, 3rd party audience approaches desired.
  • Proficient with MSFT Office suite and digital platforms in general as expected, including use across reporting and data analysis, presentations etc.
  • Demonstrated team collaboration and commitment with a high performing team culture
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
