Job Description

If you enjoy attention to detail and seeing immediate impact of your work, come join our team as a Digital Content Manager. You’ll work on one of the world’s preeminent marketers on global brands where you’ll be responsible taking brand content and content optimizations and implementing across various CMS, DAMs, and other content SaaS with 100% accuracy on a daily basis. You’ll be expected to have flawless content loading, tagging and QA in popular content management systems such as: Amazon Vendor Central, Web Collage, Big Commerce, Sitecore (Unique P&G Instance), Retention Science, and Brand Store DAM. You should be experienced with website fundamentals, and have operated a CMS / Content System before with direct content management and content entry experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive brand content from product management team and organize, catalogue, and tag in digital asset management system
  • Compress files as appropriate and load into content management systems including Amazon Vendor Central, Web Collage, Big Commerce, Sitecore  and Retention Science.
  • Within CMS update interlinking, metadata, microdata, make on-page copy changes, and publish
  • QA post-publishing to ensure everything is working as needed

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Experienced and an expert at operating Content Management Systems, specifically in web property and email platforms  
  • Ability to work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • High attention to detail (proofing level detail)
  • Ability to receive content and creative assets and assemble them on the platform
  • Content Management System curiosity (dig into how they work, what's new and how it can be implemented)

A plus if you have:

  • Basic level understanding/working knowledge of HTML
  • Photoshop experience
  • Experience working on consumer-facing assets

 

NY Metropolitan Area preferred. Consideration open to candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
