Job Description

The role of an Account Manager is to be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients. The AM is asked with using industry insight to create and deliver operational and strategic initiatives to grow the accounts and to deliver on CJ’s excellent service level management.

The role involves: account maintenance, optimization and recruitment of affiliates, reporting on results, creating and presenting QBRS, building strong relationships with clients and publishers.

Votre responsabilité sera de développer le chiffre d’affaires de votre portefeuille de clients internationaux.

H/F référent majeur de vos clients, vos principales missions seront :

·         Mise en place, suivi et optimisation des performances de vos programmes d’affiliation

·         Relation quotidienne avec vos affiliés et recrutement de nouveaux partenaires

·         Recommandation de nouveaux leviers d’acquisition de trafic (display,

          retargeting, comparateurs, emailing…)

·         Mise en place de stratégie d’animation du réseau d’affiliés

·         Coordination avec les équipes interne (mise en place technique, suivi de la facturation…)

·         Participation aux optimisations des process du groupe

Animation d’ateliers interne pour partager vos connaissances


Profile

·         A proven experience in a digital role prior to joining CJ, ideally in the affiliate industry is mandatory

·         Build strong relationships at a senior level to influence client contacts.

·         Excellent presentation and written skills

·         Good level of commercial awareness

·         English high proficiency

·         Second European language highly appreciated (Italian, Dutch or German)

·         Analytical

·         Driven to succeed

·         Is able to sell in to advertisers convincingly

·         Is able to negotiate

Profil recherché 

H/F de formation supérieure en e-commerce, vous avez une première expérience minimum dans l’acquisition de trafic (affiliation, trafic manager, responsable acquisition, responsable emailing, assistant e-commerce)

Vous faîtes preuve d’un excellent relationnel et avez des qualités de négociateur

Vous avez un esprit analytique et de synthèse

Vous avez la capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à prioriser vos missions

Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral et êtes habitué à faire des présentations de qualité

La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable pour gérer quotidiennement vos clients internationaux. La connaissance d’une deuxième langue européenne (italien, néerlandais, allemand de préférence) serait un réel atout.
