Job Description

Publicis Groupe is hiring an experienced multi-solution technologist to integrate real-time decisioning into the marketing technology stack of our largest client - the leading mobile provider in the US. Acting as a technology consultant, you will partner with various client stakeholders - marketing, omni-channel CX and the IT architecture and delivery teams. Your ability to translate business objectives into high-level platform integration strategies will be essential to foster collaboration and accelerate appropriate solution delivery. 

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Consultant: Translate client’s business requirements into a technology strategy that includes a capabilities roadmap and architectural design for the Pega Customer Decisioning Hub. Represent this strategic POV with various client and agency stakeholders.
  • Technology Liaison: Liaison with the various client IT architects, operators, vendors, and other technology stakeholders to communicate the marketing use-cases and priorities through the lens of your platform architecture, roadmap and strategic approach.
  • Architecture: Collaborates with client enterprise architects to ensure that business priorities and use-cases to ensure solution delivery aligns with the client’s business objectives
  • Solution Delivery: Partner with multiple COEs to pilot the integrated solution and transition from project development efforts to the ongoing operations and support teams.

Qualifications

 

  • Technical experience implementing and supporting cloud marketing solutions which may include: Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM), Pega Marketing, Contact Strategy, Segmentation, Adaptive Modelling, Campaign Management - Inbound and Outbound
  • Ability to effectively standup new cloud marketing solutions and integrate with Adobe Marketing platforms - Adobe Experience Manager for content management, the Adobe Target for personalization, Campaign for outbound communications, Experience Platform and Journey Orchestration as an audience / orchestration / journey platform
  • Ability to effectively integrate new cloud solutions with additional marketing platforms, such as SFMC, Liveperson, etc.
  • Experience drafting and representing solution architecture and integration designs across various stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability ask effective questions and speak simply and persuasively
  • Ability to assess decisioning platform capabilities and create decisioning roadmaps
  • Ability to build or participate in functional prototypes or proof of concepts to facilitate the development
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Science or Technology related field with extensive experience (typically 8+ years) of related work
