Job Description

This is an immediate freelance opening with Publicis New York scheduled to start ASAP and go through the end of November.

Project: Concept development and management of development for digital & social assets

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate creative projects across several Publicis Groupe agencies and teams for a global retailer’s digital and social holiday campaign  
  • Responsible for overall project organization and program management from concept through delivery and launch
  • Partner with Creative to effectively shepherd and manage the evolution of creative work, ensuring quality at all points from concept through delivery. 
  • Maintain an active partnership with Resource Management, Production, and Strategy departments to ensure connections and collaborations happen where they should, in support of innovative and creative ideas. 
  • Lead daily communication of project updates and potential risks to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable of the creative process along with a background in Digital & Social. 
  • Excel in building trusting and collaborative relationships with team members and leadership across multiple disciplines and agencies. 
  • Experience using Smartsheet for collaboration and work management (bonus)
