Job Description

Our Global Digital Account Managers are experts in digital technology, they are responsible for leading creative strategies that support our clients to achieve their marketing objectives. This involves managing new clients onto the Conversant platforms, managing and coordinating across all departments within the Conversant business. We are always looking for ways to automate to innovate whilst providing our clients with excellent service and support. An Account Manager at Epsilon-Conversant is a unique and hybrid role within our company that combines aspects of a digital technology, product and creative specialization, as well as business analyst. Our Account Managers leverage their technical capabilities, commercial acumen and knowledge of the Conversant platform to design and deliver actionable creative and product strategies and solutions aligned and bespoke to each brand!

The role:

  • Have regular client meetings and develop relationships with management above day-to-day contacts
  • Understand client goals and ensure goals are met
  • Ensure that Quarterly Business Planning convey results that champion digital marketing and its impact on a client's overall success
  • Work successfully alongside Client Development teams
  • Effectively manage own portfolio while providing support to Cross Teams (+10 departments) in growing and retaining our client business through the provision of first-class service and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies
  • Negotiate win-win solutions that maximize value to Epsilon-Conversant
  • Leading integrating across all clients onto the Conversant platform: designing, developing, implementing creative and technical solutions based on client and business requirements
  • On-going support & optimisation of existing clients
  • Conceptualizing automation projects to be used company-wide
  • Establishing and cultivating relationships with clients’ teams
  • Travel for business meetings – EU / US

Qualifications
