Description du poste

The International Project & group Managers are part of D2NA-Publicis, the Agency dedicated to Nissan Europe Customer Experience & CRM.

Their roles, with their respective seniorities, are to manage European projects, to be the main point of contact on those projects at central agency level for the CRM people working in the 8 Nissan European Hubs (based in 8 countries for the 24 countries in Europe) and their Local Agencies:

Topics: CRM and e-CRM strategies, activations (Digital and off-line Channels: e-CRM – push emails, e-newsletters, Paper DMs, brochures, dealers, social CRM etc…), data and targeting in link with the data and Adobe Campaign department.

Contents: Cars (EV, Hybrid, X-Overs), range, Brand, partnerships(Champions League), events, services, but also After-sales, corporate sales and LCV…

 

Qualifications

Key Skills and criteria

 

  • Digital and Customer Experience sensitiveness or experience, respecting seniority
  • Operational skills needed for assistance in projects implementation
  • Team player with ability to take leader role in internal process/projects
  • Availability, dedication & pro-action
  • Planning conception & Follow-up
  • Organization
  • Excel, PowerPoint, etc…
  • 2 to 4 year(s) same job experience (depending on seniority)
  • Good Relationship & Positive spirit

 

Languages
