Duties:  Develop, create, and modify general computer applications; collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts and business users in conceptualizing, estimating and developing new software applications and enhancements; analyze requirements and come up with feasibility analysis and the points needed clarifications; implement software solutions; assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, providing time estimates for programming tasks and implementation plans; assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software’s objectives, business requirements, deliverables, and specifications in collaboration with internal users and departments; develop technical documentation to define the system components, development environment and implementation planning/strategies; collaborate with QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results; facilitate the design and implementation process for new products/projects; and work with cross-functional teams during crisis to address and resolve complex incidents and problems in addition to assessment, analysis, and resolution of cross-functional issues.

 

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following:

1.      Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud;

2.      Event driven frameworks Rabbit MQ;

3.      Node JS based frameworks;

4.      Data visualization;

5.      Web technologies:  HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular;

6.      Oracle DB;

7.      Postgres DB;

8.      SAML/OAuth Authentication;

9.      Junit, Mockito, and Power Mockito unit testing tools;

10.  GIT, Maven, and NPM build tools; and

11.  Tools including Jmeter, SOAP UI, and Postman.

 Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
