Job Description

Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Manage and maintain Datorama, the data warehouse – candidate will become expert on visualization. Lead internal conversations and vet third party study methodology with for fiscal year planning. High Level Measurement Framework and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator). Lead implementation of third party media measurement studies. Manage Learning Agenda in partnership with internal strategy team. Set up for all channels, data dictionaries, data access to accounts/partners/tools, and calendars for cadence. Identify required audience segments; define segments based on data rules. Quality check data flow of DMP (data management platform) and troubleshoot any discrepancies. Coverage of all DMP (data management platform) covered business units. Build segmentations and identify required audience segments; define segments based on data rules. Execute Audience Discovery against segments utilized for paid media. Understand which audiences and data sources are proving most effective to accomplish paid campaign KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Utilization of DMP (data management platform) audience and performance reports to analyze audience performance and identify implications. Mentor one direct report with an eye towards growing internally. Work with directors on measurement roadmaps and execute measurement plans for each campaign. Act as the client’s main point of contact for analytics and build relationship with client through weekly status calls with client. Create POVs (point of view) to be sent to client and internal teams. Use media and client data to inform strategic decisions. Organize activation teams to create campaign wrap reports for post-campaign learnings. Oversee Marketing Mix Modeling analysis. This position will supervise 1 professional employee who holds the title of Senior Analyst. 

Qualifications

Employer will accept Master’s degree in business, management, economics, marketing, and computer and information science or related field or related field; and 2 year(s) of work experience in job offered or 2 year(s) of work experience in a related occupation.
