THE DURATION OF THIS ROLE IS: 40 hours/week- Immediate start

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THIS ROLE: 

3-5+ years’ agency experience

Strong digital/social experience preferred

Portfolio with 360 campaigns is a plus.

Working remotely temporarily due to Covid, will need to report to location Monday- Friday in the future. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting on paid media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat providing campaign-performance analysis during campaigns and more in-depth analysis post-campaign
  • Knowledge of creating queries on social listening tools i.e., Netbase/Brandwatch to gather insights
  • Understanding Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and other proprietary social media tools
  • Interface internally and externally to communicate campaign performance
  • Work with the paid social team to develop strategies that meet and exceed client KPIs from paid-social media channels, especially direct-response
  • Explore the paid-social space to be knowledgeable about best practices, strategies, emerging social platforms and ad products
  • Contribute to company-wide education on paid social media
  • Passionate about Paid Social Media, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and anything industry-related to media buying, media planning (not creative)
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reporting (compiling data and putting together reporting)
  • Recommending new targeting based on knowledge of the platform’s targeting capabilities
  • This position collaborates across agency teams including Account Management and Social Content
  • Responding to email/questions from other teams and attending client calls and meetings
  • Assist in the development of KPI’s for campaigns (i.e., traffic rates, video view rates, etc.)
  • Using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
  • General understanding of DFA for reporting on social campaigns

Qualifications

Qualifications: ​​​​​​

  • 4-5 years experience delivering analysis and identifying trends within a digital/social media marketing environment
  • Proficient in writing queries for social listening platforms i.e., Netbase, Crimson Hexagon, or Brandwatch
  • General understanding of social engagement tools i.e., Spredfast, Sprinklr, Zuum Social
  • Passion and curiosity for finding insights and analyzing performance of social media campaigns
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, strategic and influencing skills, with the ability to be detailed & deadline-oriented while managing multiple projects
  • Ability to influence and build relationships quickly and to work collaboratively across a number of departments and teams
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to completion ensuring data is clear and robust
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in the most engaging and “story-telling” manner
  • Ability to piece together a report in a creative and compelling way
  • Able to use good judgment when making business decisions
  • Ability to manage time prioritizing projects based on situations and deadlines
  • Able to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing ensuring performance is clearly communicated
