Job Description

Of course, it is not all about the creative work - our account management team works hand-in-hand to ensure we’re the company clients keep calling first.

Key Duties include:

  • Working with the wider account management team helping grow the account, provide financial updates and research/analyse new industry trends.
  • Owning the logistics, administration and day-to-day account work associated with one of our biggest clients.
  • Being responsible for budget updates, invoices and status reports while learning all you can from the account managers, account directors and group account directors in the team.
  • Composing persuasive, credible written communication both internally and externally, you should demonstrate creativity, insight, and confidence at all times.
  • Getting on with all sorts of types of people is essential and we’re looking for someone who’s able to show us how they can get the best out of their colleagues for the greater good of the client and agency.

 

Qualifications

This is a hands-on role and can be really challenging at times - but the agency is a lot of fun to work with and well worth the effort. The successful candidate will have:

  • A top-level Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification
  • Ideally have commercial experience within the creative or marketing industry as an account executive or junior account executive
  • An interest in working within healthcare advertising- we’ll expect to see genuine enthusiasm for what we do here
  • Have exceptional strong verbal and written communication skills and be seen as a logical, confident ‘voice’ to clients and internal stakeholders alike
  • Strong attention to detail and exemplary listening skill
