Our Culture

We believe that the best work happens when we are truly ourselves

We all need to bring more of ourselves to work. We live and work in one of the most diverse and eclectic places in the world. Be yourself. Use your passions, skills and talents from outside work wherever you can. Be subjective. Use your own beliefs and opinions.

We are open

All of us, from our newest recruit to our longest serving board member are open, transparent and tells it like it is. If you want to find something out, ask someone. Don’t hide your worries, your concerns or your triumphs. We share our successes, we share our failures. It’s all part of ‘us’.

We treat others as we expect to be treated.

We are brave and we are kind. When the two collide, we choose kindness. We are proud of our environment and we clean up after ourselves. We always return calls. We are always on time, not five minutes late. We treat people with dignity and respect. Our clients are never ever left waiting. We listen. We are polite and courteous. Never let your team down and never do anything less than your best.

We are all leaders

No-one can have all the answers. A grad may know more about new technology than someone who has been here for ten years. A leader is simply someone who inspires the best possible work to happen – that can come from anywhere.

We help each other

If someone is busy and we’re not, we help them. When someone falls down, we pick them up. We have each other’s backs. All of us are constantly aiming to break new ground - that means we might need to figure things out quickly and sometimes we might run into some problems. Either way we all need support from everyone around us. Don’t be afraid to ask for help – and give it unreservedly when someone needs it.
