Job Description

Job Summary

 

The Financial Analyst will serve as a key part of our FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team tasked with P&L forecasting, report development and optimization, job reconciliation accounting, and managing sister agency’s talent.  The candidate must have a degree in the Accounting/Finance fields with relevant working/internship experience and be confident in their ability to navigate the accounting of a P&L. The candidate must be highly organized in terms of time management, prioritization, and workload management. She/he must be highly collaborative and able to partner effectively with other members of RFH and sister agencies. The Financial Analyst will report into the Senior Finance Manager and work closely with other members of the Razorfish Health finance team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client/project accounting is performed in accordance with Publicis Groupe Corporate Policies and Procedures (“Janus”), and compliance with Financial Monitoring Controls (“FMC”)
  • Ensure monthly close is performed accurately, completely, and timely; main focus areas are around Personnel costs actuals and accruals
  • Collaborate with client teams including Account Services and Project Management to ensure timely client billings of fee and out of pocket expenditures, and client reconciliations
  • General ledger postings related to clients, including journal entries and WIP reconciliations
  • Answer questions from key stakeholders including clients, vendors, corporate, and employees
  • Create ad hoc reports for by pulling data from SAP and working in Excel to construct standard/periodic information reports   
  • Assist Finance Management with ad hoc requests as needed
